Inspection & Report
Gutter Inspection
Your gutters overflow every time it rains. Do you need a repair or just a cleaning? That is exactly what our gutter inspection is designed to answer.
Our gutter inspection gives you a clear and close look at your gutters without anyone climbing onto your roof. We photograph everything up close from the ground and point out any concerns we think you should know about.

Close-up photos of your gutters
Using our ground-based camera equipment, we capture close-up photos of your gutter runs, corners, and downspouts, the spots you cannot see from the yard.

What your report covers
- Debris levels in each gutter run, and whether a cleaning is needed now
- Gutter pitch and alignment, including sagging or low spots that hold standing water
- Downspout condition, including signs of clogs or water not draining away
- Loose, separated, or leaking seams, end caps, and hangers
- Rust, corrosion, or damage on gutters and downspouts
- Signs of overflow, pest nesting, or plant growth
- Any other concerns we believe you should be aware of
Who it's for
- Buying or selling a home and want to know what shape the gutters are in
- After a storm, to check for damage or new blockages
- Unsure whether you need a cleaning yet, or which cleaning is right
- Gutter guards installed and you want to confirm they are doing their job
What to expect
An inspection is a good-faith visual assessment of the gutters, downspouts, and related exterior areas we can access on the day of the visit. It is not a cleaning, and conditions that are hidden, inaccessible, or that develop later may not be identified. See section 16 of our Terms of Service for the full scope.
If your report shows your gutters need attention, we will recommend the right next step: Seasonal Gutter Cleaning, Heavy-Debris Gutter Cleaning, or Automatic Gutter Care.

Do you repair gutters?
No, but we are happy to refer you to a reliable gutter repair company in your area that we trust.
