Referral Program Terms

How it works

Existing Proof Positive Gutter Cleaning customers (each a “Referrer”) may share their personal Referral Code with new customers (each a “Referred Customer”). When a Referred Customer applies a valid Referral Code to their first booked service, both parties may earn the rewards described below, subject to these terms.

Referred customer discount

The Referred Customer receives a discount of 10% off their first booked service only. The discount amount may change from time to time and is set by Proof Positive Gutter Cleaning, LLC.

Referring customer reward

After the Referred Customer’s appointment is completed and paid in full, the Referrer earns a reward of 25% off their next qualifying service. The reward is applied automatically the next time the Referrer books using the phone number associated with their customer profile — no code entry is required.

Eligibility requirements

• The Referred Customer must be a first-time customer. A first-time customer is one whose phone number is not already on file with a scheduled or completed Proof Positive Gutter Cleaning booking.
• The Referrer and the Referred Customer must be different people. Self-referrals are not allowed.
• The Referrer reward is issued only after the Referred Customer’s appointment has been completed and paid for in full. Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or unpaid balances disqualify the referral.
• The Referrer reward applies to the next qualifying service only and may not be combined with another referral reward on the same booking.

Combining with discount codes

Referral rewards and discount codes can be combined only when the specific discount code is marked “stackable” by Proof Positive Gutter Cleaning. Otherwise, only one discount applies.

Program changes

Proof Positive Gutter Cleaning, LLC may modify, suspend, deny, or end the referral program at any time, with or without notice. We reserve the right to deny any referral suspected of fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or violation of these terms. Reward amounts shown on this page reflect the program’s current settings and may be updated at any time.

Public disclosure

When recommending Proof Positive Gutter Cleaning online or in public — for example in social posts, reviews, or videos — please disclose that you may receive a referral reward, in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement guidelines.
