The estimates and pricing information provided by Proof Positive Gutter Cleaning, LLC are generated using information obtained from publicly available records, aerial imagery, mapping services, third-party property data providers, customer-submitted information, and other available sources.
While we strive to provide accurate estimates, the information used to generate an estimate may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or may not fully reflect the current condition or characteristics of a property.
Factors That May Affect Pricing
Estimated pricing may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:
- Actual gutter length
- Number of stories
- Roofline complexity
- Property accessibility
- Detached structures
- Additions or modifications not reflected in available records
- Obstructions affecting service access
- Excessive debris accumulation
- Conditions that cannot reasonably be identified prior to service
Pricing Adjustments
Proof Positive Gutter Cleaning reserves the right to adjust pricing if the actual property characteristics or service requirements differ materially from the information used to generate the estimate.
If an adjustment is necessary, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to approve the updated pricing before additional charges are incurred whenever reasonably possible.
No Guarantee of Final Pricing
An estimate does not constitute a guarantee of final pricing and does not create an obligation for either party until a service appointment is confirmed and accepted.
By requesting an estimate or scheduling service, the customer acknowledges and accepts that estimated pricing may be subject to revision based on actual property conditions and service requirements.
