Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information and completing a booking, you authorize Proof Positive Gutter Cleaning, LLC to charge the payment method provided for the services requested.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that all payment information provided is accurate and complete.

Customers are responsible for paying all charges associated with services scheduled through the website, including any applicable taxes, fees, or approved pricing adjustments.

If actual property characteristics or service requirements materially differ from the information used to generate an estimate, Proof Positive Gutter Cleaning may adjust pricing as described in the Estimate Disclaimer. When reasonably possible, customers will be notified and given the opportunity to approve revised pricing before additional charges are incurred.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Proof Positive Gutter Cleaning does not store full payment card information.

By completing a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the pricing presented at checkout, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, and any applicable service-related disclosures.
